What to expect: We will be awarding 3 scholarships this year. Announcing Photographer of the year. Significant others are encouraged to attend. Please come prepared with your own beverages. This years board will be stepping down and the 2018 Board will be taking over.

Food:

This year we will be catering in BBQ. We ask that you please provide your own beverages. Please contact a board member if you have special dietary requirements and we will work to accommodate them.

Charity:
This year we are adopting a child from Youth Services of Tulsa. As the needs are very specific we will be passing the hat to collect funds to purchase the needs.  In the past the needs have included a warm coat, a blanket, socks, and other personal care items.

Laurie will then take the funds and shop for the items and photograph them before donating.
